This website
- We use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used. Google Analytics only sets cookies if you accept in the bar at the bottom. Without your consent, the site only sends a signal without cookies. We use no advertising cookies and share no data for advertising. Your choice is stored in your browser; change it with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
- Fonts and video are on our own server.
- If you pick a language with the language switch, a functional cookie remembers that choice. Otherwise we set no cookies.
- Our hosting provider (GitHub) processes technical data, such as your IP address and the time, to deliver and secure the site. On your first visit, your browser picks the language: Dutch or English.
- If you email us or sign up, we use your details to reply and to set up your account.

The app, in short
- We only connect through official connections, and we only read. Your own AI can pass data to us when you ask it to. We never sign in as you and never send anything on your behalf.
- We keep your network and its history for as long as your account exists, every fact with source and date. You can delete per person or per source. If you unsubscribe from the email on Free, the searching stops too; your network is kept until you delete it.
- From your email we only receive sender, recipients and time, and only if your AI passes them on. Never the content or the subject. Email within your own company does not count and is not stored.
- The script on your site recognises a company, never a person. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in the browser.
- Data is stored in the EU, kept separate per customer, and can be deleted with one button.
- To recognise companies and for our own AI, we work with processors in the EU or under appropriate agreements. The app's privacy notice will list them.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. As a visitor to one of our customers’ sites, you can also object to your company being recognised. Email info@strategie.nl. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
